my stay should be overnight only but because of the snow storm i was extened for 7 days more lol, i was very lucky because i was in this hotel when the storm hits the city, we were the only hotel that has electricity and heat!! the staff is very friendly and calm even though there’s a lot of guests thst are pissed because of the calamity going on, but i can see they’re holding there patience. we also have food in the hotel coffee etc. other hotels hasn’t anything. shout out to the beautiful front desk named daysa, very helpful and polite and to the shuttle driver who drop me at the airport. room was clean and my sleep through entire stay was great even i spend my Christmas alone in the room lol. definitely will be back when im in town.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, very quiet hotel, very clean room, comfortable large bed, tv worked great with general channels, the shower pressure and temperature was great, the room temperature was good, and the tub was a bonus! I appreciated the mini fridge, closet space, and desk! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, lots of options, clean seating area, and a tv to watch while you eat.

Location very convenient to airport -- plane very late getting in, they still provided a shuttle which was very prompt. Room very quiet, especially considering proximity to airport. Breakfast very good. Blackout curtains very helpful. No wait for shuttle in the morning.

The staff were all exceptional ly helpful. The breakfast was great and the eating facility clean. The external appearance was good and the interior environment gave a sense of security.
